It is our priority to protect our customers' financial information. The steps we take to ensure that no information is disclosed without our customers' knowledge and permission are as follows:

Customers' Expectation of Privacy
Our customers deserve to have all of their dealings with us held in the strictest confidence. We are entrusted with safeguarding customer's personal and financial information, and we take that responsibility very seriously.

Credit Reporting to Third Parties
We will give customer credit information to a third party (other than the credit bureau) only when we are provided with a signed authorization from our customer, or our customer verbally gives us permission to do so.

Employee Confidentiality and Access to Information
Upon hiring, all of our employees are held to a strict confidentiality requirement. This includes employee access to information on a need to know basis only. Any violation of our confidentiality policy will be dealt with severly, including possible termination of employment.

Access By Unauthorized Personnel
We have state-of-the-art security procedures which prevent unauthorized personnel from being able to access any customer information electronically.

Maintaining Customer Privacy with Other Businesses (other than credit reporting)
We will not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone except as permitted by law or that which is required to provide banking services, such as check printers and credit card processors. This means that we will never give your name and address to another business entity. We do not provide any customer information to outside parties for the purpose of their being able to market to you.

Retention and Disposal of Customer Information
We retain customer records as required by law. Any documents containing customer information are to be disposed of are shredded on our premises.

Collection and Use of Customer Information
We collect only information that is necessary for us to provide banking services to you, to protect the bank against loss, and to comply with state and federal regulations. Any information collected is only used in the administration of our business.
We collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
- Information about your transactions with us, or others; and
- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

Maintenance of Accurate Information
We attempt to maintain accurate and complete customer information and have procedures in place that minimize errors. We will immediately correct any inaccurate information as we become aware of it.
